except on week-ends and days immediately preceding national holidays.
• Per night : 135 € (min 3 nights)
• Week : 945 €, 105 € per additional night.

>>High SEASON rates :
April to Mid-July, September, October,
throughout the end of the year and New Year's holidays, and on wek-ends and days immediately preceding national holidays.
• Per night : 170 € (min 3 nights)
• Week : 1110 €, 135 € per additional night.

>>Low SEASON rates :
January and February
except on week-ends and days immediately preceding Sundays and national holidays.
• Per night : 90 € (min 5 nights)

++ Fee for cleaning
A flat rate cleaning fee of 50 € will be added
to the above rental rates.

++ Charge for additional person
There will be an additionnal charge of 25 €
per nignt per person (adult & possibility of an extra room). There is no extra charge for baby or young child.
